What is the respect system?
The respect system was created so everyone could contribute to building and running the website. In the real world people get respect or disrespect for their actions so we decided to make a system like this on the web.
How does the Respect System work?
It works by other members giving you respect for the contributions you make towards the website & the community.
For example, say you posted a really good picture of one of our items on the site. People would view this picture and give you respect depending on how much it helped them or the site. The same would happen for a helpful answer on the forums, etc etc.
What else can I get respect for?
You can get respect for everything you contribute on the site. Being helpful on the forums, posting good reviews, uploading relevant pictures, editing items, moving sub-categories to the correct categories. The list is endless really!
What do I do with this respect?
The more respect you have, the more control you have on the site. With enough respect you can do pretty much anything!
